How we handle your enquiry

What you send

The form asks for your name, email address and a message about the process you want to improve. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Why and where it is handled

We use the details to read your enquiry and reply. The response is stored in the website’s WordPress database, and a notification goes to our Google Workspace inbox. WordPress.com/Jetpack provides the form and hosting; Akismet checks submissions for spam. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or make an automated decision about your request.

How long

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records may be kept under the resulting business relationship and applicable obligations.

Your choices

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, and object to or ask us to restrict processing. Write to info@adaptenda.com. You can also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
