VRRoom: researching where to reach the right audience

VRROOM / WORKFLOW IN USE

VRRoom can offer the right event format and still miss people who are looking elsewhere. I use a research workflow to find possible places to reach our audience, then decide myself which suggestions are worth testing.

The problem

Potential clients look for event ideas and equipment in different places. Keeping track of relevant channels by memory or occasional manual searches can leave gaps. The task was to make the search repeatable and easier to review, not to let a tool decide the marketing plan.

What I have built and use

The workflow researches possible channels where VRRoom’s audience could look for services like ours and brings candidate places together for review. I use that shorter list when considering where to spend time on marketing. The workflow supports discovery; I still check whether a place is relevant and whether VRRoom can offer something useful there.

How the decision works

  1. Find candidate places
  2. Review audience and fit
  3. Choose what to test

What is known so far

The research workflow is in use at VRRoom. I have not measured a resulting increase in enquiries, booked events or time saved. Those would require tracking the channels chosen and comparing later results. This is an example of a working research aid, not a proven growth claim.

Next step

The useful extension is a clear record of which channels were reviewed, which were tested and what happened. That would make future choices easier to compare without depending on memory.
